Deskmats
1. Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted for deskmats if there are manufacturing defects or if an incorrect product was received.

Customers must inspect the deskmats upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days.

2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team and provide clear photos or videos that clearly depict the defect or incorrect product.

Our quality control team will review the evidence provided. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange for the return of the product.

3. Condition for Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once the returned mat is received and inspected by our team. The mat must be in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.

4. Refund Timeline:
The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

Lucky65 Mechanical Keyboard

1. Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted for the Lucky65 mechanical keyboard only if there are manufacturing defects or if the wrong product was delivered.

Customers must report any issues within 7 days of receiving the keyboard.

2. Return Process:
To start the return process, customers should provide detailed photos or videos showing the defect or the incorrect product received. These should be sent to our customer service team.

Our team will verify the defect or error, and if confirmed, we will proceed with the return process.

3. Condition for Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once the keyboard is received at our warehouse. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

4. Refund Timeline:
Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellations:
Customers can cancel their orders before the product has been shipped. To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, customers can still initiate a return process once the product is received, following the guidelines mentioned above.

2. Refund for Canceled Orders:

If a product is canceled before shipment, the customer will receive a refund of the amount they paid, minus the payment gateway charges. Please note that the full amount will not be refunded in case of cancellations made before the shipment. The refund will be the total paid amount minus the charges retained by the payment gateway (Razorpay in our case).

Additional Notes
Packaging: All returned products must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and free gifts received with the purchase.

Condition: Products must be returned in an unused, as-new condition. Any signs of use or damage may affect the eligibility for a refund.

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
